Chocolate Spiral Bread

Once you’ve mixed the Perfect White Loaf up to the end of step 5, you can use it to make a couple of striking loaves that have a spiral of chocolate dough running through them. In this recipe, the chocolate colours the dough really well and imparts a faint chocolate flavour, but don’t think that biting into a slice of this is going to be anything like chewing on a brownie.
