Method

  1. To prepare the filling, heat the olive oil in a sauteuse. Add the garlic and cook over medium heat until it just begins to brown lightly. Add the peppers and cook until they soften, stirring occasionally, about 2 minutes. Add the tomatoes and simmer until the mixture thickens, stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes.
  2. Add the green onions, salt, red pepper flake
