Method
- Dip the savarins one by one into the hot syrup, porous side down first, until the savarin sinks halfway into the syrup, about 1 minute. Using a large slotted spoon, gently flip over the savarin to soak until it sinks three-quarters of the way down, 45 seconds to 1 minute, making sure that the savarin does not fall apart.
