Method

These came about because my husband, Elliott, wanted to avoid having sticky fingers. The balls are pop-in-the-mouth size. When the praline mixture is no longer hot but still warm enough to shape, roll heaping teaspoons between the palms of your hands to form 1 inch round balls (about 0.3 ounce/10 grams each). Let the praline balls cool to room temperature. Wrap each one in a small piece of plastic wrap.
