  • 300 g (10½ oz) roquefort cheese
  • 2 granny smith apples


Cut the roquefort cheese into thin slivers. Peel the apples, halve them, remove the core and slice. Roughly chop the walnuts. Lightly whisk the egg. Lay the roquefort cheese on the sheets of brik pastry, scatter with walnuts, add the apples and the rocket. Close to make a turnover, seal the edges with egg. Cook the brik parcels on the hotplate in olive oil until golden brown, 2–3 minutes each s
