My Fajita Seasoning

There’s nothing quite like a good fajita seasoning that can double as the base for a marinade. This rub is slightly more citrusy than your typical fajita seasoning but works well for both beef and chicken. You can find most of the oddball ingredients, like orange juice powder, on Amazon, and Tajín makes a good substitute for chile lime salt if unavailable.
