This rib glaze recipe is my original barbecue sauce while operating in a food trailer, mostly because it doesn’t have to be cooked, and I was incredibly limited on cook space. Cooking the sauce, however, allows it to develop more flavor, but you can absolutely whisk all of the ingredients in a bowl and store it at room temperature for up to six months because of its acidity level.
