These smoked barbecue wings combine the best of both worlds between a traditional Mexican al pastor marinade and crispy tailgate party wings. If you don’t have a vacuum sealer to expedite the marinating process, let the wings rest in an airtight container in the refrigerator overnight to really lock in the flavor.
