This taco is anything but traditional, but if you can imagine a Tex-Mex chicken-fried steak taco with an earthy, garlicky hot sauce, that’s exactly what it is. Milanesa is typically served by itself or inside of a torta, but I much prefer it in a flour tortilla. The green chile gravy adds a kick, but the real sleeper is the chile de árbol sauce. It’s earthy, spicy, nutty, and garlicky all at once.
