Guisado de res is the perfect meal to have for breakfast if you have leftover steaks from the night before. I’ve made this countless times at our family ranch with leftover steaks grilled on mesquite wood, which adds a ton of flavor. If using bone-in steaks, I like to leave the bone in for added depth and a cool aesthetic. Serve over flour tortillas to mop up all the gravy at the end of your meal.
