This lobster tostada is neither traditional barbecue nor Tex-Mex. In fact, it’s got more of an Asian flair with miso, ginger, and scallion, but it’s one of the best things I’ve ever made, and you’ll be glad you tried it (and surprised at how easy it is to make). This is the perfect appetizer for parties, or even a plated dinner if you’re entertaining.
