This is the ultimate keto taco, with a crunchy, cheesy shell that is fast and easy to make. Costra tacos work well with any protein, but especially so with pulled pork. The spicy barbecue sauce cuts through the richness of the fatty pork and the crispy, cheesy taco shell. For a less greasy taco shell, flip them upside-down on a metal taco shell rack and bake them in a 350°F (180°C, or gas mark 4) oven for 4 to 5 minutes until crispy.
