One of the simple pleasures in life is a good eggs Benedict. My brisket benny is simple, straightforward, and a little spicy thanks to the hot sauce drizzle at the end. The smokiness from the brisket carries through in every bite, and there’s no substitute for a perfectly poached egg, so make sure to set a timer. This recipe doesn’t use English muffins; in fact, I much prefer my homemade flaky biscuits as a base.
