Blueberries

Ingredients

  • 50 ml ( fl oz) sugar syrup
  • 200 g (7 oz/1⅓ cups) blueberries

Method

Place the sugar syrup and one-quarter of the blueberries in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat, then crush to form a thick compote. Cool, then stir through the remaining blueberries. Set aside.
