  • 10 white seedless grapes
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup
  • 45 ml (1½ fl oz) unoaked grappa
  • 3 teaspoons dry Sherry (preferably fino)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 red grapes, for garnish

Method

Place the white grapes and sugar syrup in a boston glass and muddle. Add the grappa, sherry and lemon juice. Add 1 cup of ice cubes and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Skewer the red grapes onto a toothpick and garnish.
