Method

Place the white grapes and sugar syrup in a boston glass and muddle. Add the grappa, sherry and lemon juice. Add 1 cup of ice cubes and shake for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Skewer the red grapes onto a toothpick and garnish.
