Ingredients

  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) cachaça (see Note)
  • 20 ml ( fl oz) Pommeau de Normandie (see Note)
  • 30 ml (1 fl oz) apple juice
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 teaspoon sour apple liqueur
  • 2 teaspoons soda water
  • lemongrass foam, for garnish
  • finely grated lime zest, for garnish

Method

Place the cachaça, Pommeau de Normandie, apple juice, lime juice and sour apple liqueur in a boston glass. Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Top with the soda water. Garnish with the lemongrass foam and scatter over the lime zest.
