  • About

I have had more bad mojitos in the last couple of years—since they became popular—than I had had in my entire life previously. This is the real thing and a fantastic cocktail. There should be enough mint to chew on.

Ingredients

  • About 2 tablespoons Sugar Syrup, or to taste
  • ounces good-quality dark rum

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients over ice in a glass. Alternatively, combine all the ingredients except the mint in a blender with some crushed ice. Blend.
  2. Taste and adjust the seasoning, then serve.
