  • 100 g unsalted butter, softened
  • 100 g icing sugar

Method

For the biscotti

To make the biscotti (which you can do in advance), beat the softened butter and icing sugar together, then add the egg whites and sifted flour. Mix until smooth and refrigerate for 30 minutes before transferring to a piping bag. The mixture should resemble a paste.
