  • 200 g gram flour
  • 50 g rice flour

Method

Whisk the gram and rice flours together in a bowl and then add the salt, cumin seeds and chilli powder (if you’re using it). Add the lemon juice and 200ml warm water and mix well so there are no lumps. Stir in the coriander, cheese and spinach and mix so everything is coated well in the batter.
