Although I am a baker and adore desserts, I’m also a bit of a health nut and an avid practitioner of yoga. So, I wanted to come up with the most healthful power bar possible. Packed with a superabundance of nutrition, these bars are high In protein thanks to the millet and brown rice, loaded with omega-3s thanks to the almonds, and teeming with antioxidants thanks to the dried blueberries and cherries.
