  • cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted, plus more for dusting

Method

In a food processor, mix the almond meal and cups confectioners’ sugar and pulse to combine.

In a small, heavy saucepan, add the water, granulated sugar, and corn syrup. Cook over medium heat, stirring to dissolve the sugar, and bring just to a boil. Add to the almond meal mixture and pulse
