Method

Lay 2 crepes on a baking sheet and top with 1 slice gluten-free ham and 2 tablespoons shredded Swiss cheese. Fold in half. Repeat to make 8 filled crepes. Place the crepes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400°F oven for 3 minutes. Garnish with minced fresh parsley and chives.
