Pear and Blueberry Pies

It is a treat eating one of these pies straight from the oven. These little pies are baked in a pastry shell that has not been blind baked first. The pears are roasted in brown sugar and a little cinnamon to intensify the flavour and evaporate some of the juices that ooze from the fruit as it cooks.
