I learnt this recipe when I was 15 years old from Gracia Vienna, a cooking teacher from whom I took my first official cooking course in Rio. This recipe has remained a snacking mainstay for me ever since. I still love the taste of the beautiful golden cheese crust, the buttery flavour and the crumbles around the edges. I like to serve it on soups and salads or simply with a good glass of wine. Best of all, you can put the dough together in less than 5 minutes.
