Method

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the yogurt, soured cream and mustard.
  2. Stir in the red onion, lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the mint and fold it in with a spatula. This sauce can be prepared up to 3 days in advance.
