Cod fish is often prepared with onions and potatoes in a variety of ways. This version is a favourite of mine. Although all the ingredients are common, the result is captivating. The combination of creamy scrambled eggs with cod, the flavour bursts of bacon and onions, along with the crunch of potatoes, creates a medley new to most non-Brazilian palates.
