The national dish of Brazil, feijoada is a crowd pleaser. This recipe is a faster version, but it certainly retains all the warmth of the slow-simmered original. I developed this recipe with a large party in mind, but I have also been using it for week-night dinners by simply using one chicken and halving the amount of beans.
