This is a great recipe for grilling. The marinade has a real wow factor, as the cachaça adds a unique spicy flavour to the steak. If you cannot find cachaça, vodka also works. Marinades are one of my favourite ways to tenderise meats and they add tons of flavour. Keep in mind that with all marinades time is your best ally. If you can marinate the meat for 2–3 days, then do so - it will only make the taste even better. I have also prepared lamb using this marinade and it turned out wonderful
