This is a different kind of soufflé, one that can withstand a 24-hour resting period easily because the egg whites are not whipped. Whole eggs are added to a healthy and refreshing broccoli and Minas base. You can also substitute brocollini or broccoli rabe. They all come from the same family but have different degrees of bitterness, from the mildest broccoli to the most bitter broccoli rabe (which is great to pair with sausages).
