When I entertain, I like to develop new recipes and try them on my guests. For one dinner party, I thought of a creative way to present caipirinha in a sweet. Although I use a moulded bonbon technique for this recipe, you can also hand-dip them in tempered chocolate, like truffles (see Peanut Butter Truffles).
