Method

Scrub the crabs and set aside. Wash the remaining shellfish and set aside.

In a large steamer, combine the remaining ingredients. Cover and bring to a boil.

Steam the shellfish, adding them in order of cooking times, beginning with the lobsters culls for 8 to 10 minutes; crabs about 5 minutes; large prawns for 4 minutes; small shrimp or river shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes. Langousti
