  • 2 packed cups grated fresh or packaged unsweetened coconut
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method

In a large bowl, toss the coconut with the cinnamon and cloves and set aside.

Lightly oil 2 baking pans with vegetable oil.
