Molhos made with vinegar or fresh lime juice are a typical and piquant accompaniment to grilled meat and bean dishes.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
  • 1 medium firm ripe tomato, seeded and chopped

Method

In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients. Cover and chill at least 1 hour before serving.
