The Brazilian cook is more likely to serve avocado as a sweet than a savory.
Peel and pit the avocados and place them in the bowl of a food processor or blender. Add the lime juice and sugar and puree. Gradually add the milk. The consistency should be the thickness of yogurt.
Cover and chill. This keeps 1 or 2 days.
