The dough for this delectable loaf is made in the bread machine, but it is shaped by hand before being baked in the oven.
Pour the water into the bread pan. If the instructions for your bread machine specify that the yeast is to be placed in the pan first, reverse the order in which you add the liquid and dry ingredients.

I did not have millet seeds so used linseeds. There was an initial large rise but after the second rise, the loaf disappointingly flattened. The bread tasted good though
