Ingredients: 6 tbsp (90 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature, cut into chunks; 4½ cups (570 g) all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting; ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar; 2 oz (60 g) cream cheese, at room temperature; 2 tbsp unsalted butter, at room temperature; 1½ cups (170 g) powdered sugar; ½ tsp pure vanilla extract; 3–4 tbsp whole milk; 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled; 1 package (2¼ tsp) instant yeast; ½ tsp ground cinnamon; ¾ cup (155 g) firmly packed light brown sugar; 1 egg beaten with 1 tsp water, for egg wash; 1½ tsp kosher salt; 1 tbsp ground cinnamon; ¾ cup (180 ml) whole milk, warm (110°F/43°C); 4 large eggs
