This all-purpose granola recipe couldn’t be easier. If you plan to use it in Granola Cookies, we recommend keeping the flavors simple and the mix-ins to a minimum. But feel free to adjust the types of nuts and amount of coconut to your liking and mix in raisins, dried cherries, or other dried fruit after baking, if desired.
