This is yet another Brilliant specialty main course dish made using soya or Quorn mince in a light masala sauce, flavoured with black cardamom and cinnamon. The combination of Quorn or Soya mince in the sauce with the sweet peas is soul-stirring and the dish is perfect eaten with roti or rice, although in my opinion the pairing of veg keema with a chapatti is second to none.
