Method

A guard of honour is a beautiful and traditional dish, made from best ends of lamb, with bones trimmed and crossed in the air like swords at a military wedding. It is not a complicated dish and looks pretty and festive.

Prepare the guard of honour as in the diagrams.

Preheat the oven to 200°C, 425°F,
