Purple sprouting broccoli

• any quantity of purple sprouting broccoli
• 25-50 g (1-2 oz) butter or more

To cook purple sprouting broccoli to perfection, bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Drop in the trimmed and well washed broccoli and cook uncovered for 10 minutes until just tender.
