  • 1 dessertspoon sugar or more according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 4

Method

Mix the sugar and cinnamon. Toast the bread gently, butter it lavishly (this is easier if you have softened the butter to room temperature first). Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and put back under the grill for 1 minute.
