Ingredients

  • pinch of salt
  • 15 g (½ oz) baking powder

Method

Add the salt and baking powder to the flour, rub in the butter and mix to a soft dough with milk. Roll into small balls the size of a walnut, place on a buttered baking sheet and flatten with the palm of your hand. Bake at 190°C, 375°F, Gas Mark 5 for 15-20 minutes
