  • 2–4 rounded tablespoons medium oatmeal, toasted
  • Single cream or milk to mix
  • 1 large eating apple, grated

Method

Put the oatmeal into the bowl, add the cream or milk and leave to thicken. Grate the apple on top of the meal, add the hazelnuts and prune juice. Mix through and put a few prunes on top.
