Get a small pan of water boiling and add the eggs. Cook for 6 minutes, then refresh them under running cold water,
While the eggs are still a little warm, peel them – the shell will come off easier than when they are cold. As the eggs will still be soft in the middle, you’ll need to take care as they need to remain whole and unbroken. Once peeled, keep in cold water until needed.
