Choice of ingredients is important but the key is to perfect the cooking technique. It does take practice but the upside is that you have many future breakfasts available to hone your skills! In our opinion Burford Brown eggs are the best for scrambling. The deep orange colour of the yolks helps make these scrambled eggs truly special.<
