A bowl of granola and yoghurt is lifted to new heights with the addition of some tangy fruit syrup and zesty orange. This is definitely worth getting out of bed for!
First make your dried fruit syrup. Finely chop the apricots, raisins and dates to an even size and place in a small pan with the orange juice and zest and the sugar. Add 100ml water and bring the mixture to a boil over a high heat, stirring occasionally. Once it’s boiling, take the pan off the heat and leave to cool so the dried fruit plumps up in the syrup.
To serve, divide the yoghurt
