Unbelievably, baklavadakia can be made even more delicious – you just have to dip them in chocolate!! These truly are a decadent treat.
Take the individual baklavadakia and place on a wire rack over a baking tray to drain off the excess syrup. (Ideally do this overnight in the fridge but a few hours should do if you can’t manage that). Melt the dark chocolate in a bain marie.
