Bougatsa

Bougatsa are hugely popular in the north of Greece and on the island of Crete where they are eaten for breakfast. In the streets of Chania you will see coffee shops with bougatsa featured centre stage in their windows, to be served as grab-and-go or sit in, enjoyed with a fresh cup of coffee.
