  • About

This is an aromatic tomato sauce that is distinctly Indian in flavour. Introduced to us by a fellow chef and friend, kasundi chutney is Brother Marcus’s alternative to ketchup. Customers love it and we use it in lots of our dishes. We then make this spicy sauce slightly naughty by adding sugar and reducing it down so it caramelises and becomes that wonderful condiment, kasundi jam. Try it in our delicious Bacon and Egg Sandwich!

Another keeper! I made the jam version and although very sticky, as one would expect using so much sugar, it’s pretty yummy. No tweaking required!
