Pear and sage is a well-known duo. This cocktail is ideal alongside any of our brunch dishes and is a winner for anyone who wants to liven up their prosecco!
Allow 45 minutes before you want to drink this to make and cool your sage syrup. Take a saucepan and bring 120ml water to a gentle boil. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved, then add the sage leaves and let it all simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes. Take off the heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Strain the syrup to remove the sage leaves, then pop your syrup in the fridge in a bottle w
